SECTION 1 - ESTABLISHMENT OF DUES

Annual dues as established by the society are used toward the operatiog expenses of the organization.

SECTION 2 - PAYMENT OF DUES

Each student member remits the appropiate dues to the current organization treasure. A student is a member in good standing for the fiscal year in which the society has been contact by the student and receives the correct dues.

SECTION 1 - OFFICERS

The officers of this society shall be a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and a Historian.

SECTION 2 - DUTIES

1. The President and Vice President will be assigned duties according to the Bylaw.
2. The Secretary shall:
• Keep a record of all meetings of this organization.
• Conduct all correspondence.
3. The Treasurer shall:
• Be responsible for collecting dues.
• Pay all bills that are authorized.
• Keep an exact account of all receipts and expenditures and report them to the organization's members at the close of the serving term.
4. The Historian shall:
• Assist other officers with duties assigned.
• Contact society members for meetings and gatherings.

A special committee will be set to seek faculty advisors. Other committee will be established as warranted by situations and voted by the members.

ARTICLE IV - AMENDMENTS

The Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds of the membership in good standing of this society, provided the amendment shall have been proposed at least one meeting prior to the time of voting.
