2006 Novice/JV Nationals at West Virginia

March 3-5, 2006

West Virginia University hosted the national championship tournament for novice and JV debaters, that had in recent years been held at Towson and Georgetown. Many schools from the eastern United States as well as the midwest, Texas, and Oklahoma attended the event. Rochester's team of Buddy Khan and Ben Wittwer took home the national championship for the Junior Varsity division, with a victory over rival Binghamton in the final round, while Ryan Bach and Iskra Miralem reached semifinals in Novice. Congratulations to the national champs!
