The Pi Beta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated was chartered on April 7th 1984. This dynamic chapter is a city-wide, consisting of three schools, SUNY Brockport, Rochester Institute of Technology, and The University of Rochester. Since that day in April, we have volunteered our talents and energies towards promoting scholarship, service, and social action within our community.

Our Chapter remains a strong advocate for social responsibility and change. We have sponsored voter registration drives, field registrars, and conducted community forums on health and justice issues. Pi Beta along with over 900 worldwide chapters of Delta Sigma Theta, regularly hold events to continue and exemplify the vision of our Founders.
