Gamma Phi Beta is an international sorority founded in 1874 at Syracuse University. With 119 active collegiate chapters and 171 alumnae groups, Gamma Phi sisters add up to a current total of over 160,000 initiated members. Our objective is to promote the highest form of womanhood by fostering a nurturing environment that provides young women an opportunity to achieve their highest potential through a life-commitment to intellectual growth, individual worth and service to humanity.

A complete Gamma Phi Beta woman is prepared to be a leader, believes in philanthropy and helping young girls, is committed to personal academic excellence and values her lifelong membership in Gamma Phi Beta.
