Beth Jeffries
Epsilon Tau Chapter Adivisor

Alumnae Chapter: Rochester Alumnae Chapter of New York
Collegiate Chapter: psilon Tau, University of Rochester
Favorite Collegiate Memory: I think my favorite memory would be when I found out
each time I got a little, it was really special and important to me, and both of my littles made my experience in the chapter wonderful.

Why I do what I do: I really enjoyed my collegiate experience as a Gamma
Phi Beta, so I wanted to give back upon graduating. When the opportunity arose to help out, I jumped on it immediately and haven't looked back. I love Gamma Phi and everything She stands for, and this gives me a chance to remain involved with sorority life. I love working with the ladies at UofR because I love the energy they have, and the fact that they are just such wonderful women.

each time I got a little, it was really special and important to me, and both of my littles made my experience in the chapter wonderful.

Why I do what I do: I wanted to stay connected to the collegiate
chapter and still be involved with what is going on. I also wanted to be able to share any knowledge I had about recruitment with the new Membership Vice Presidents because it is a huge position that you can't learn by just reading a manual.

Tara Leigh Sands
Expectations for Excellence Graduate Assistant

Favorite Collegiate Memory: Experencing my first hurricane during my
fourth week of freshman year when the college didn't evacuate us, playing in the flooding waters with my new friends and watching fellow students raft down one of the roads on campus that was completely flooded. This really created a great bonding experience... especially when we had to form a wall to block the wind when one of the girl's contacts fell out of her eye :)
Why I do what I do: I simply love it. It allows me to feel like I am helping
someone and improving the community a little. Plus it keeps me active. It's simply my home away from home and is always welcoming.
