MEETINGS:

Meetings are held biweekly in Wilson Commons at 9pm.  The first part of the meetings are dedicated to all announcements: including those pertaining to the month's builds, fundraising, and other general comments. The second half of the meeting is devoted to fundraising committees. Please email Danielle Pak for more information.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

It is not difficult to be a part of the University of Rochester Habitat Group; all we ask for is members to be involved with the club.  By the end of this year, we hope to have enough money to cosponsor a Habitat House in the Rochester area. As we near our goal of at least $10,000, it is even more important to continue our fundraising in order to raise the additional $1,500 needed to cosponsor. Because the group's emphasis on fundraising, we require everyone to participate in at least one fundraising committee per year.  While meetings are not mandatory, they are strongly encouraged and make committee meetings much easier and more efficient.
