About Us:

The InterClass Living Community is in its 25th year as a special interest housing group at the University of Rochester. We are located in Crosby Hall on the Residential Quad. We focus on community through programming and events.

ICLC's primary goal is to create an interactive floor-wide community whose focus is on assisting first-year students with their transition into college life. This is accomplished through our mentoring program where each ICLC member is paired up with one or more first year students with their transition into college life. This is accomplished through our mentoring program where each ICLC member is paired up with one or more first-year students for the first few weeks of the school year. For the rest of the year, we exist as a community sponsoring events and programming.

Aside from our formal activities, ICLC offers a friendly and supportive atmosphere that is a direct result of our "open door policy". Members are receptive to each others' needs and are always willing to help. These living conditions have promoted a unique spirit and enthusiasm known throughout the University's community. For this reason, we need dedicated members who are interested in contributing to and benefiting from what ICLC has to offer.
