Roc tkts

What is ROC tkts?

ROC tkts is a discount ticket program for UR undergrads, offering students the opportunity to buy tickets to local and regional off campus events at a subsidized price. Events include concerts, arts and cultural attractions, sports, comedy, movie theatres, film festivals, recreational activities, and more. ROC tkts is SA funded.

Where do I buy event tickets?

Discounted tickets can only be purchased at the Common Market in Wilson Commons using cash or flex. A valid UR undergraduate I.D. must be presented in order to purchase tickets. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. Limited quantities of tickets are available per event. Refunds will be granted only in the case of event cancellation, and can only be honored by returning the purchased ticket. Please check with the venue for complete and updated event information.

How can my group co-sponsor a ROC tkts event?

In order to co-sponsor an event, your student organization will be responsible for some or all of the following event logistics: If transportation is a necessary element of the program, you will be responsible for organizing and paying for the bus. Your group will be responsible for coordinating some or all of the event’s publicity to help ensure the success of the program. Your group will be responsible for assisting in the event implementation (i.e. meeting the bus before and after an event, serving as en event chaperone…).
