Undergraduate Musicians' Council

An Introduction:
The Undergraduate Musicians’ Council (UMC) is the academic council affiliated with the University of Rochester’s music department. We serve as an advocacy group for student musicians to ensure that their needs are heard and addressed. We also organize student performances, social gatherings with music department faculty, concert trips, opera nights, informal recitals, and many other opportunities for musicians at the university to connect and enjoy music together.
