Coming from the east or west:

Take the New York State Thruway, Rt. 90, to Exit 46; take I-390 North to Exit 17. Turn left onto Scottsville Road. At the second light, bear right onto Elmwood Avenue. Cross the Genesee River Bridge and take a left at the light onto Wilson Boulevard.

Coming from the south:

Take I-390 North to Exit 17. Turn left onto Scottsville Road. At the second light, bear right onto Elmwood Avenue. Cross the Genesee River Bridge and take a left onto Wilson Boulevard.

On campus

Pass the visitor booth and turn right onto Hutchison Road. Then make a left into Dewey Lot. After Parking, walk past building five (Simon School) and turn right onto the Eastman Quadriangle. Pass Building 7 (Dewey Hall) and turn right onto the patio of hoyt hall.

Ticket Information

Advance Sale- $2.00 UR undergraduates, $3.00 others - available at the Common Market in Wilson Commons. Advance sale tickets may be used at any screening subsequent to purchase, but do not guarantee seating for a particular screening. Advance sale tickets may not be used for admission to special sneak preview events.

Box Office - $2.00 UR undergraduates, $3.00 others - available at the door starting 30 minutes before showtime. Box office sales for a given screening will end ten minutes after the scheduled start time. There is no admission after the box office closes.

Season Pass - Available at the Common Market and at the Box Office before each Friday and Saturday screening.

Group Rates - URCG's group rate allows parties of 15 or more discounted access to our feature films. Tickets are $1 per person, and groups only need to submit estimated attendance figures before the night of the showing-final cost will be assessed afterwards. In order to cover our own costs, we must charge a minimum of $15 per group, even if fewer than 15 people from your group actually attend the movie. Our group rate passes are only good for one movie, unlike our traditional advanced-sale tickets. If you would like to make arrangements for your group to attend one of our films, please contact our Personel Director. Information on our current personel director can be found on our club page.

Refunds – Refunds are only given in the form of refund passes, good for any screening, but do not guarantee seating. Refund passes may not be used for admission to special sneak preview events. Refunds are rewarded on the descretion of the Theater Manager of the particular attending screening.

Concessions - Popcorn, candy, soda, and other food items will be sold at every Friday and Saturday night films. Concessions are made available by the Music Interest Floor.

Projection - Cinema Group does not project the movies. Projection is made available though Event Support.

University Policy prohibits smoking and alcoholic beverages in the auditoriums. Anyone smoking any substance or possessing alcoholic beverages will automatically forfeit all rights to view the film. No refunds will be granted in this instance.
