Jessalyn is from Albany, NY and tries to fill every day with good food, a good laugh, and some hopefully good singing. Thrilled to be a Renaissance Scholar at the U of R, she is studying Italian and Spanish with some history on the side, and plans for Arabic in the future. Her first year in Rochester, she is just now starting to understand that the "bad" storms in Albany are really just leftovers.

Other than Vocal Point, Jessalyn's activities include breakin' it down on the dance floor; an immense appreciation for steamed dumplings, pasta, and sushi; and traveling, preferrably in cramed cars. She is in love with her friends and also enjoys ridiculous movies, the oldies station, and Animal Planet marathons.
